What a subscription adds
- Central policy Included Folders, applications and web pages, set once and applied to every paired Mac. An employee cannot turn off a gate their organisation set.
- Protected web pages Included Pages of your own site or intranet — the admin panel, the CRM record, the payroll screen — covered in the browser on company Macs until the right person is matched.
- One evidence record Included Every decision from every machine in one place. Refusals keep the photograph of who was in front of the camera. The record is what an auditor asks for.
- Seats and devices Included Invite by email, revoke in a click. Each person's machines are bound to their seat, so a licence cannot quietly spread beyond the people you are paying for.
- Google Drive and Docs In development Sensitive documents gated the same way as everything else, rather than sitting behind a password anyone can be phished out of.
- Website gating at the host In development Your website asks Haven to verify the person directly — for every visitor, on any device, with nothing installed. Today's page gating works on Macs running Haven Desktop; this removes that condition.
- Single sign-on step-up In development Haven as a verification step inside Okta, Microsoft Entra or Auth0. A push notification proves someone holds a phone. Haven proves a specific person is there.

How it is set up
- Start a plan You get an organisation and a set of seats. No hardware, nothing to install on a server.
- Invite your people by email Each invitation is single-use and tied to one person. Revoking it removes their machines from the policy.
- They install Haven Desktop and pair The same download as everyone else. Pairing binds that Mac to their seat.
- You decide what is protected Folders, applications and pages, set once. Every paired Mac picks it up on its next sync.
Being precise about the boundary
Haven Enterprise enforces policy on machines running Haven Desktop. That is its reach today, and it is worth being exact about it: gating a page means that page is covered in the browser on a company Mac. Someone opening the same page on a phone, a home laptop or an unmanaged PC sees it as they always did.
That is the right control for the screens your own staff open — the admin panel, the customer record, the payroll run — where the risk is an unattended desk, a shoulder in an open-plan office, or an account still signed in on a machine that walked away.
